| Our standard electronics package
includes micro-processor-based controls with easy to read LCD viewing and 300-job memory.
The program includes all required tool parameters such as stroke points, pressing
forces, pressure dwell times and also-parameters for the optional accessory i.e. draw
cushion, ejector, hydr, tool clamping, starting and venting positions for feeding units,
etc. The draw cushon forces can be selected as progressive, degressive or either way
and furthermore can be adjusted in 5 stroke depending position. After re-calling the
tool number, the press will be set-up automatically according to the preset parameters. PC based controls are also offered including full graphics, color monitors, large hard drives, remote diagnostics and other options. Please contact us on how our modern controls can help! |
